Shipping policy
POSTAGE & RETURNS
Postage of STYLE PATISSERIE products are fulfilled domestically in Australia through Australia Post E-parcel and via our designated courier dependent on your delivery address in each territory.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1- 3 working days from receipt of your order payment.
Please Note: We are unable to deliver by courier to PO Boxes and although we do our very best to keep you informed, we do not have any control over courier delivery times and dates
INTERNATIONAL
New Zealand Shipping Rates
We ship to NZ via an International courier service with obligatory tracked Shipping, delivery can take between 14- 17 working days and although we do our very best to keep you informed, please not we do not have any control over courier delivery times and dates.
Please Note: Some Rural Delivery addresses may cause delays. No track and Trace facilities are available with rural deliveries.
Exchange Rate:
All international orders will be paid in AUD ($) and are processed via our secure payment gateway.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates and estimates times will automatically be calculated at check out.
CUSTOMS TARIFFS & CHARGES
In certain circumstances, there may be an applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee may be applicable at the discretion of STYLE PATISSERIE Pty Ltd.
GST CHARGES - (Goods and Service Tax) of 10% will not be charged for items delivered outside Australia where applicable.
Customs Declaration: A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value (AUD $)
Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control in some countries products may be undeliverable.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@stylepatisserie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
